Leckerbaer is a newly opened pastry shop in Copenhagen offering gourmet cookies, pastries and sweets, with a a new approach to the Danish baking tradition. Behind the counter stands Swiss-Danish couple Jacob and Gabi, both trained Michelin-chefs with international experience.

Inspired by the shapes of baking plates and cookie cutters, Re-public has designed a visual identity that embodies urbanism and craftmanship and presents Leckerbaer as something out of the ordinary.

Re-public is featured with an interview and a couple of cases.
