Rebranding Scandinavia's leading consulting firm

Before being acquired by Bain & Company, QVARTZ was a top-tier management consulting firm with Nordic roots and a global presence. Operating from offices across Scandinavia, the firm served leading businesses, governments, and organisations, acting as a trusted advisor to top management and a hands-on coach for front-line employees.

Initially approached for a minor logo update, we advised QVARTZ through a complete and strategically driven rebrand. This resulted in s a new company name, evolved from the former Quartz+Co to the simpler and stronger QVARTZ. In line with this change, the visual identity was fully redesigned to reinforce the firm’s new direction, visual presence, and position in the market.
